This full-time position is available working in both primary, secondary and special schools, primarily based at Western Suburbs State Special School. About the role
Physiotherapy services are provided to students with all disabilities whom are enrolled in Queensland State Schools and/or state education programs and services. These services are delivered as part of the education program and are directed towards education outcomes for students with disability who have difficulties with posture, movement and neuro-sensory motor development. Our physiotherapists aim to promote health and wellbeing, self-management, physical activity and development of motor function in order to optimise the students' access, participation and achievement in education.
We have a full-time role working in the Brisbane area. Applicants seeking part-time work are also encouraged to apply. This pool may be used to fill vacancies that arise over the next 12 months.
The possession of current registration with the Australian Health Professional Registration Authority is required for this role.
