About the School:
Founded in 1986, Nerang State High School is a co-educational, non-selective, public school for students from 12 to 17 years of age. The school is centrally located on the Gold Coast and has a current enrolment of over 1100 students and an enrolment management plan to ensure students living within the school's catchment area are able to enrol.

As the Deputy Principal of Senior Schooling, the successful applicant will have responsibility for (but not limited to) the following:
The successful applicant must have a high level of experience and knowledge of the Queensland senior curriculum and associated assessment. The role also focuses on leading the school in systemic initiatives relating to whole school Literacy, Numeracy and Differentiation.
The ideal applicant will be a high calibre, outstanding educational leader with a contemporary leadership style focussed on collegial engagement, collaboration and innovation, in order to foster and drive continuous improvement across the school.
