This position is for a multi-year level classroom teacher in a Preschool - Year 6 small school, 600km north of Adelaide.
The successful applicant will work as part of two teacher team to facilitate rigorous, engaging learning opportunities for all students through a variety of differentiated teaching strategies, including the explicit teaching of skills to promote success in literacy, numeracy, and social development.
The school's Site Improvement Plan has goals related to lifting student achievement in Reading, Writing and Numeracy.
Experience in multi-year level cohorts, flexible thinking, a passion for learning and a positive attitude are essential for this role. Knowledge of Read Write Inc.
Phonics is desirable, alongside collaboration, documented differentiation and positive behaviour management strategies to support students with a variety of needs.
In addition to the salary the following financial incentives may apply depending on the site location:
