Location: St Catherine's Catholic College, The Whitsundays
Salary Range: $130,517 - $136,930 per annum pending experience
Incentives: ITAS Allowance
Tenure: Full Time, 5 Year Fixed Term Contract

About the role

The position of Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching shares with the Principal, the responsibility for teaching and learning, the development of a faith community and ensuring the Catholic perspective across the curriculum.  The Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching focuses on leadership in pedagogy and curriculum – which includes the development and implementation of high quality learning and teaching programs.

The Assistant Principal – Learning and Teaching will assume a senior leadership role as a member of the College leadership team to assist and develop staff to drive the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate classroom teaching plans and resources.
