The Contract Assurance Officer is responsible for coordinating the implementation of delivery contracts for the Western Sydney Region. Providing expert advice and support to stakeholders on contract outcomes, performance targets and other compliance matter to ensure compliance requirements are met and contract outcomes are optimised. This role will take on role of monitoring of all Third-Party (including offshore) and Interstate contracts.
To succeed in the role you will have proven experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of contracts. You are able to demonstrate your ability to contribute to the development, implementation and review of policies, procedures and procession on contract delivery. Managing multiple contacts you are able to track and monitor the contract performance to ensure outcomes.
You have exceptional customer service with the ability to provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders. You are able to multitask and prioritise your workload, whilst at time working within limited time frames.
